And here's a little about me...

I am not much different than you are. I've been struggling with my health and weight for what seems like forever. It's exhausting, isn't it?

When I decided to do something about it, NOTHING seemed to stick. It was either too restrictive, required too much time and effort, or just felt like a punishment - I sincerely despise counting calories, and I now know that you don't have to count calories...

If you're eating the right foods at the right time, that is. 

For me, this means eating a ketogenic diet and practicing intermittent fasting. I also have to thrown in a few workouts here and there.

I've also learned that there's several different ways to eat ketogenically that will help you towards your health (and maybe weight loss) goals. I've also been able to help people change their mindset around fasting. A lot of people struggle with believing that they can't got 12, 16, 24, 48 hours without eating. 

And that's where I come in. 

Now, I empower myself and my clients to find the right ketogenic plan and couple it (if they want to) with intermittent fasting that fits their life and doesn't consume it.

We're all human here and  my mission is to help others reach new levels of their nutrition, fitness, accountability and stick-to-itiveness.
